RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Personalized Products Due to the personalized nature of our products (photo magnets, Save the Date magnets), we do not accept returns or exchanges for products made according to order specifications.
Claims and Complaints We accept claims in the following cases:
- Product was damaged during shipping
- Product contains manufacturing defects (e.g., blurry print, damaged surface)
- You received the wrong product
Claim Period Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Provide your order number
Claim Resolution:
- We review claims within 3-5 business days
- For valid claims, we will send a replacement product or issue a full refund
