How do I submit my photo?
You can also upload it directly during checkout using the upload field on the product page.
What photo quality do I need?
For best results, please use a high-resolution photo (at least 1000 x 1000 px). Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered images. The better the photo, the better the magnet!
How long does production take?
All orders are handmade and produced within 1–3 business days after we receive your photo.
Can I see a preview before printing?
We do not send proofs automatically, but if you'd like to see a preview before printing, just let us know — we'll send you a digital file for approval.
Do you accept returns?
Because all our products are personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide via USPS and UPS. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination.
How strong are the magnets?
Our magnets are strong enough to hold papers on a standard refrigerator or magnetic surface. They are flexible and durable for everyday use.
